Evaluation
An estimate of the value of a package has two components: reservoir engineering and an in-depth knowledge of today’s market.
Whether reviewing a third party engineering report for a preliminary valuation or, as is the usual case, doing our own evaluation, AAI has the petroleum engineering expertise to discern the subtle nuances to maximize sale value.
The firm is an active participant in today’s market. This imparts not only the knowledge of what the average buyer will pay for a specific property, but more importantly, what price it will command from the one buyer whose particular needs are met by the package. With many potential purchasers avoiding sealed bids, this knowledge is invaluable.
Presentation
AAI documents all of a property's attributes, including proved producing, proved behind pipe, proved undeveloped and probable reserves, as well as any other special circumstances and related facilities that add value.
